War & Colonialism impact:

It is very obvious that wars have a big impact on the countries that have been attracted. So the country who began to fight or " invade " should help out the country was  invaded by them. Because they robbed their nature resources and left them in a big bloody civil war. For example , the war against Iraq, the main goal for that war is economical purpose. Moreover, their reasoning after all damage and devastation, was unmeaningful and shameful. Sadly, Iraq was expected to become one of the developing counties, but after the war it considers as poor or undeveloped country. 

Leadership issues: 

True Democracy and freedom of speech are the only ways to hear the voice on the nation. Leaders can lead the countries to either success or to extreme poverty. Leader should be democratic, diplomatic and loyal to his own nation and people. And also, the president should be selected by the people. There are so many good  examples for leaders who leaded their countries to extreme success. For instant,  Najib Razak, the Prime Minister of Malaysia ,he leaded his county to good  economical status among his peers, in very shot time and wisely.
