Health is wealth
After reading Michael Pollan’s article I am more careful in picking my food . I will be more careful choosing my food and my ingredients. Because, food is consider the source of diseases and in the same time it the source of treatment or therapy as well. For that reason we have to be pickier in our food.
What is the most important substance it should or it shouldn’t be in our food? There so many elements are considered as Cancerogenic elements, it shouldn’t be in our food. For example, artificial colors, some type of gluten and fake flavors. On the other hand we have to be sure that our food contains all types of important minerals such as, vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins.
In a word, as everyone knew, food is one of the daily basis habits. There for, if it goes in impropriate way it will has impact indirectly or directly on our life and health. There is a saying it may describe my opinion about food versus health "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
